For elite athletes or parents who just want some exercise while their kids are on the ice, our high-performance training center has it all, from an off-ice shooting station and off-ice stick handling to free weights, bikes, treadmills, and more. Today, figure skating and hockey take more than just skill on the ice. You need to be strong, fast, and healthy to make sure you go home with the top prize. With over 3,700 sq. ft., you have the room, tools, and equipment you need to build your strength, improve your flexibility, and increase your stamina. Conveniently located inside our facility, you can go from the ice to the training center without having to pack up. We offer a daily drop-in rate of $10.00 for the training center. In a 60-minute hockey game, the average player will only get 2 or 3 shots on goal. If you want to score more goals, you better make those shots count. Off-ice shooting and stickhandling are an essential part of any player’s training routine. With an NHL regulation net, artificial ice, real dasher boards, and tempered glass, our shooting station is the perfect venue to practice and perfect your shooting technique. 

Don’t pay for broken garage doors and windows at home. Book your shooting time in our shooting station instead. Sessions are available in 30-minute increments. The cost is $20.00 for 30 minutes, or buy a 10-pack for $150.00. All sessions are subject to availability. Times must be reserved and paid for in the Pro Shop during normal business hours.
