Important Freestyle Discount Card Information

Freestyle Discount Cards are maintained electronically through the Kent Valley Ice Centre Freestyle check-in system.

• Each punch is valid for one 30-minute Freestyle session.
• Punches are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
• Punches are assigned to the named skater and may not be shared or transferred.
• The skater must complete check-in through the Freestyle app before stepping onto the ice for every session.
• The purchaser and skater are responsible for monitoring the remaining punch balance.
• Any suspected account discrepancy must be reported within seven calendar days of the session or transaction.
• Account activity not disputed within seven calendar days will be considered accurate and final.
• Expired or long-unused punch balances may be removed during periodic account cleanup.
• All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused or expired punches.

To report a discrepancy, email info@kentvalleyicecentre.net within seven calendar days. Include the skater’s name, session date, approximate time, and a description of the issue.
